You will need a state- or military-issued identification with photo, social security number and address where service is to be connected. All connect service orders are processed the next business day following completion of the order and fee payment.
A security deposit is required for all new accounts. Any past due amounts to Pioneer EC must be paid in full before new service can be established. If you've never had service with us before, you may be required to apply in person at one of our offices.

Call us at 800-239-3092 to schedule an office visit. If there is a preexisting meter, we’ll also need the serial number and the reading for the meter.
Stop by either PEC offices during regular business hours. Bring required identification and be prepared to pay fees and deposits (if required).
FEES & DEPOSITS
Security deposits are now required for all new accounts.
A security deposit of $300 for residential accounts is required before new service can be established.
A $60 meter set fee is due on each meter that is installed.
There may be a construction charge if this is a brand new location.
A $28 connect fee is due on each meter remotely connected.
PEC accepts cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard for payment of fees and deposits. Only credit cards are accepted for phone or online orders.
