Welcome to Pioneer Electric Cooperative
Live Update of COVID-19
Here at Pioneer Electric Cooperative, Inc., we’ve been closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and all the ways it affects our members and our ability to continue to safely provide you with reliable and affordable power. In an effort to better protect both our members and employees, we’ve taken the precaution of closing the lobby at both offices. At this time, we ask that you use the drive through, log onto online services, use our mobileapp (SmartHub) or call us at 800-239-3092 so that we can serve you and make sure that all of your questions are answered.
We also realize that some of our members may have been temporarily laid off from their jobs, therefore creating hardships in paying their monthly power bill. We want to work with you to help give you time to get benefits, or get back to work and be able to meet all your obligations. Call us. We can’t help you if we don’t know that you need help! We can’t forgive your bill, but we can work with you to get it paid over time. Remember, Pioneer is not interested in disconnecting anyone’s service. It is our goal to keep everyone's power flowing during this crisis; so give us an opportunity to help you.
Until further notice, the Selma office will be closed for lunch from noon – 1:00. Members can put their payment in the drop box if they arrive during this time.
