Pioneer Electric has made it convenient and easy to pay your electric bill. We offer several options to help make your electric bill payment process easier and more convenient for you.
We offer convenient, 24/7 online account payment services for member-owners having Internet access, an email account and credit or debit card. Your account is credited immediately.
We gladly accept most major credit and debit cards.
There is no fee for this service. If you wish to only pay your bill and you know your account number, please click this link. Pay Now If you wish to manage your account please click the SmartHub icon in the top right hand corner of the page.

PAY BY PHONE
We accept credit and debit cards by phone. Call 800-239-3092 for assistance.
PAY BY MAIL
Pay by mail: Address to P.O. Box 370 Greenville, Alabama 36037. Please be sure to include your bill stub and account number.
PAY IN PERSON
Pay in person at one of PEC's offices anytime Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Drive up windows are also open anytime Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at both locations.
You can also make a payment using our night deposit box at either location—24 hours a day, seven days a week!
AUTHORIZED PAYMENT LOCATION:
To make paying your electric bill even more convenient, we have authorized First Citizens Bank in Hayneville, AL to accept payments. Please be aware that we may not receive your payment for three or more days, which could result in a late fee. This is the only location authorized to accept Pioneer Electric Cooperative payments.
