Welcome to Pioneer Electric Cooperative

Congratulations on becoming a Member-owner of Pioneer Electric.  If you’ve never received electric service from a cooperative before, you probably don’t know why you become a “member-owner.” Pioneer EC is a cooperative, a not-for-profit organization owned by the people who use its service.

Whether you have recently moved and want to begin electric service at your new home or if you are looking for information on the co-op, you will likely be helped by someone within the Member Services Department — a department responsible for behind-the-scenes services like service connections, communications, answering phones and processing payments.

Pioneer EC has two convenient, full-service locations to meet the needs of our member-owners.  Both office locations accept walk-in customers, and offer a drive-thru and night deposit. Member Service representatives are available to assist you at both office locations. 

Hours of operation for the Member Services front office are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The drive thru is open until 4 p.m. on the same days.
